Mike has over 15 years in the Fitness Industry and is a nationally qualified bodybuilder. He loves to help individuals of all ages and skill levels. 'I have worked with individuals as young as 12 and as old as 82, from the Average Joe to competitive athletes. I enjoy the challenge of having a wide variety of clientele: I never know who will walk in the door and what their fitness goals and/or background may be. I also enjoy staying current on fitness and nutrition trends.' Some of his areas of focus are: weight-loss, muscle gain, core strength, flexibility, youth fitness, senior fitness, nutrition/diet, competition prep, agility, sport specific training, and much more.
Rachel began her fitness journey at a very young age. She first competed in track and volleyball at the age of 8. She went on to play in college where she found her love for the fitness industry only grew and eventually became a full time professional trainer. Rachel has worked with many different people ranging from very young ages to seniors, people in recovery, muscle gain, weight loss, functional training, and corrective movements or posture. Her love of fitness drives her to continuously educate herself on the cutting edge fitness practices of the future.
